Copper Components
We provide high-performance plating solutions for copper components used in advanced electronics and data center applications.
Our processes are engineered to deliver consistent, reliable coatings that enhance electrical performance, thermal management, and corrosion resistance. Automated production systems and tightly controlled process parameters ensure repeatability at scale while maintaining strict quality standards.
Our production line accommodates components within a working envelope of up to 96” L × 28” W × 72” H, supporting a wide range of geometries from precision connectors to large-format cooling plates and busbars.
Coating thickness is carefully controlled and verified at defined locations to ensure accuracy and repeatability. Measurement points are selected on functional surfaces and away from edges to minimize the effects inherent to electrolytic plating.
Typical coating thicknesses range from sub-micron to several microns, depending on application requirements.
Where performance demands it, we work with tighter tolerance ranges than traditional plating standards to support critical electrical and thermal interfaces.
